It’s once again time to outwit, outplay, and, most importantly, outlast the other competitors as a new season of the long-running reality juggernaut Survivor begins on CBS.
Season 47 of the iconic franchise returns to the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji, with Jeff Probst back in the saddle as our intrepid host. Per CBS, the new season includes “unexpected obstacles” as competitors face a “twist-packed season from the moment they step on the beach.”
Survivor’s YouTube page uploaded a helpful “Meet the Newest Castaways” video featuring all 18 contestants. Some of the notable names include Pod Save America co-host and former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett, Miss Delaware USA 2018 Sierra Wright, and an ER doctor.
