Looking for a documentary that makes you happy? Then check out Pharrell Williams’s new Lego movie, Piece by Piece, which is actually a documentary about the musician’s life and career.
Directed by Academy Award-winner Morgan Neville, this documentary was produced by The Lego Group, and therefore is, technically, the fifth “Lego” movie. But rather than a fictional story like the other Lego movies, Piece by Piece is a Pharrell Williams documentary which tells the story of Williams life, with the help of a few collaborators. Said collaborators include Gwen Stefani, Kendrick Lamar, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Busta Rhymes, Jay-Z, and Snoop Dogg, all of whom lend their voice to the film.
