Juror #2, the new legal drama from acclaimed filmmaker Clint Eastwood, is less “twelve angry men” vibes and more “one confused boy.”
Directed by Eastwood, with a script written by Jonathan Abrams, Juror #2 stars Nicholas Hoult as a member of the jury on a high-profile murder case, who is tormented by the moral dilemma of either setting free, or convicting, an accused killer. No pressure or anything!
Juror #2 also stars Toni Collette, J. K. Simmons, Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Messina, Zoey Deutch, Gabriel Basson, Leslie Bibb, and more. The film has been well-received by critics so far, and may be Eastwood’s last film, given that the filmmaker is 94. But the movie will only be released in a few select theaters by Warner Bros. That means a lot of Eastwood fans will have to watch to wait Juror #2 at home on streaming.
