Plex, a streaming service with a loyal following and a unique blend of music, film and TV content and user libraries, is overhauling its user interface.
The company said in a blog post it is previewing the new look on mobile and will soon roll it out across connected TVs. The public release of the new interface is slated for early 2025.
The revamp “has been in the works for nearly two years,” the post noted, adding that it is “designed to bring everything you love into one seamless interface – from your personal media collection to on-demand content, along with improved ways to discover and connect with it all.”
