Peacock has lined up the two leads for its limited series The Good Daughter.
Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy will lead the drama, which is based on a novel by Karin Slaughter (who is also writing every episode of the series). Byrne will also be an executive producer.
The Good Daughter scored a straight-to-series order at Peacock in March, with Jessica Biel attached to star. Biel departed the project in September; Fahy is taking on the role Biel had been set to play.
The series centers on two sisters, Charlotte (Fahy) and Samantha (Byrne) Quinn, who have spent the last 28 years trying to piece together the lives that were fractured by a single night of violence.
