Netflix spend billions of dollars annually on original content in 2024, and that investment has resulted in a huge catalog of great movies in the past few years, from summer blockbusters like Hit Man to thrilling fan favorites like Back In Action and Carry-On. The platform’s original films have started to dominate industry awards shows like the Oscars and the Golden Globes, too; this year, six Netflix originals received a total of 18 Oscar nominations.
So what’s in store for February? The month kicks off with Amy Schumer’s new Netflix original comedy Kinda Pregnant, and the Witcher franchise gets a new entry with the animated feature The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep on Feb. 11. There are also dozens of great library titles coming to the platform, like Bong Joon-ho’s 2019 Best Picture Oscar winner Parasite, a take on Princess Diana and a zombie thriller Train to Busan.
