EXCLUSIVE: Hulu has greenlit a docuseries about the murder of Mike Williams, a Baptist from Florida who was originally thought to have been eaten by alligators.
The untitled four-part series will premiere over the summer on Hulu and is produced by UK production company Plum Pictures and ABC News Studios. Post-production is currently underway.
The true-crime series chronicles the events surrounding December 16, 2000, when Williams set out for a duck hunting trip on Lake Seminole and never returned.
Williams and his wife, Denise, had what seemed like an idyllic friendship with Kathy and Brian Winchester in Tallahassee, Florida.
The two young couples loved hunting and the great outdoors, doing everything as a foursome, including planning the birth of their babies within months of each other.
