Netflix sure is packed with thought-provoking documentaries. In fact, the streamer’s non-fiction library can be a bit overwhelming if you don’t know what to watch. When it comes to my preferred documentary flavor, the bizarre, unpredictable Tiger King variety is what I usually want to watch. And dare I say, I’ve been looking for something wild and weird to dig my teeth into for some time. I found what I wanted in The Kings of Tupelo: A Southern Crime Saga. It’s a quick binge at just three one-hour episodes, and the story that unfolds here has stayed with me for months.
