The Last of Us is creeping up the Nielsen streaming charts thanks to the debut of Season 2, but You Season 5 was the big winner for April 21 to 27, soaring to No. 1 upon its return to Netflix with nearly 1.7B minutes viewed.
That’s with just a few days of viewing too, since the latest season premiered on April 24, so expect to see You around the Nielsen Top 10 for at least a few weeks. Nielsen says 67% of viewing went to the new season, indicating that around a third of the audience was playing catch up before diving into Season 5. In fact, the company reports that Season 1 has the second-largest viewing total out of the five.
