My wife and I open Peacock a lot. It’s usually the place where we find our dinner show — the half-hour comedy we watch as we eat dinner, before jumping into a darker, one hour show. Right now, our dinner show is “Parks and Rec.” But if you’ve read my Peacock movie deep dive, you know there are some really great movies on the platform too, much of them powered by the Universal connection. When Universal movies cycle through, the library suddenly pops in a big way. Stuff we missed in theaters shows up, along with big studio comedies that sit next to weird awards plays and great thrillers you’ve probably heard about but never seen. So, after going through the library, here are my seven favorite movies streaming on Peacock right now.
