
Netflix has opened a hub for its Eyeline Studios VFX outfit in India, with actor Rana Daggubati attending the launch.
Spanning 32,000 sq ft, the studio opens today in Hyderabad, focusing on advanced visual effects, virtual production and next-generation production technology.
Led by Eyeline Studios CEO Jeff Shapiro, an event took place earlier in Hyderabad with Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana Shri Anumula Revanth Reddy, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Secretary Shri Sanjay Jaju, and actor and producer Daggubati, all of whom spoke at the launch. Daggubati plays the lead in Rana Naidu, Netflix’s adaptation of Ray Donovan
Eyeline is Netflix’s global VFX studio. Having bought Scanline VFX in 2021, the streamer last October merged Scanline with Eyeline into one Eyeline brand. Hyderabad is the fifth Eyeline studio, joining L.A., Vancouver, Seoul and London.
