Daylight Saving Time Destroyed Me, but These Devices Are Helping Me Survive

Even though daylight saving time is just a 1-hour time change, it always throws off my body’s internal clock and leaves me exhausted. Knowing that this is the case, I decided to better prepare myself this year by using the technology at my disposal to improve the quality of my sleep, spend less time on my phone, hydrate and set myself up for healthy but quick meals.

To combat daylight saving time and its effects, these are the devices I’m using around the clock.
