CNBC anchor Sara Eisen ended her second stint guest hosting The View with a tense debate about the ongoing war in Iran, which she described to the hosts as a “strategic opportunity.”
After thanking the hosts for “welcoming different perspectives” by having her on, Eisen attempted to get the ladies to agree with her on a number of points about Iran.
“I have an alternative view because a lot of Americans agree with the war, and just hear me out,” she began, which Sunny Hostin already disagreed with.
“Can we all agree at the table at leas that Iran wants to destroy America?” she claimed, calling it “a cornerstone of their foreign policy.” She went on to say Iran has spent “decades trying to make a nuclear weapon,” which Hostin once again disagreed with.
