Donald Trump has shared his reaction to Chuck Norris‘ death at age 86.
After the actor’s family announced today that he died Thursday following a hospitalization in Hawaii, Trump reacted to the news while leaving the White House.
“I thought he was a great guy,” Trump told reporters. “He was a great guy. He was a really good tough cookie. You didn’t want to fight him, I can tell you. He was a tough, great guy. A great supporter. Wow, that’s too bad.”
On Friday, Norris’ family revealed that the Walker, Texas Ranger actor had died. “It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning,” they said. “While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.”
