Carrie Anne Fleming Dies: ‘iZombie’ & ‘Supernatural’ Actress Was 51

Carrie Anne Fleming, a Canadian actress best known for her work in TV shows like iZombie and Supernatural, has died. She was 51.

Per reports, Fleming died Feb. 26 in Sidney, British Columbia of complications related to breast cancer.

Born August 16, 1974, in Digby, Nova Scotia, Fleming attended Mount Douglas Senior Secondary in Victoria, B.C. and studied drama at the Kaleidoscope Theatre and dance at Kidco Theatre Dance Company.

After graduation, she began modeling to help support her family. Having appeared on screen for three decades, Fleming’s first roles include an uncredited appearance in Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore and the TV movie Viper.

On TV, she scored parts in series including Smallville, The L Word, The 4400, unREAL and Supergirl. Her film credits include roles in Good Luck Chuck, Married Life, That Burning Feeling and Rememory.
