Charles Wachter, who has exec produced reality shows including Amazon’s Beast Games, Netflix’s Million Dollar Secret and Hulu’s Got to Get Out, is launching a new production company.
Wachter has set up Stopwatch Media with Spain’s The Mediapro Studio.
The company will be based in Toronto after Wachter brought a number of these productions north of the border over the years.
He has been tasked with developing scalable formats for U.S. networks and streamers and the international market.
Other credits include Netflix’s upcoming format Win the Mall, Fox’s Stars on Mars and ABC’s Holey Moley.

Wachter previously launched Hard North Media, backed by All3Media, in 2021.
