Today co-host Savannah Guthrie sat down with Hoda Kotb for her first interview since her mother Nancy’s disappearance, describing the ordeal as “unbearable.”
The interview, which will air on Thursday and Friday, is Guthrie’s first since her mother was last seen on Jan. 31. Investigators have not identified any suspects in the abduction, and the Guthrie family has pleaded for help, offering a reward of up to $1 million for her recovery.
“Someone needs to do the right thing,” Guthrie told Kotb in an excerpt that ran on Today. “We are in agony. We are in agony. It is unbearable.”
