Kelly Ripa teased that she knows how to ward off Mark Consuelos in the bedroom—and it involves her retainer.
Wednesday’s pre-recorded installment of Live with Kelly and Mark featured a brief segment on koalas, as Consuelos explained that the marsupials “don’t mind rejection” and just “leave and go off to sleep.”
“Koalas sleep almost the whole day, even after a painful heartbreak,” he continued reading. “So when they’re mating, the koala goes in there and says, you know, ‘Hey, I’m Mr. Koala. Nice to meet you, Ms. Koala.’ And sometimes they’re not interested, so they turn their backs on them. And instead of being heartbroken, they just go to sleep.”
The co-host couple hilariously could relate to the koala phenomenon, as Ripa exclaimed, “It’s like you!”
Consuelos teased, “I come to my bed with my little eucalyptus leaf, and I’m like, ‘Hey, you want to fool around?’ ‘No.’ ‘Okay.’”
