I love movies. Like, real movies. The kind you go see in theaters, talk about after, and actually remember. That’s why I keep coming back to HBO Max, because it’s one of the only streamers that consistently gets big Warner Bros. theatrical releases alongside older favorites. My tone usually leans lighter, but there’s been a bunch of darker genre mashups (some of them very weird) that I’ve been digging lately, and this list definitely reflects that.
