The National Entertainment Awards Academy for Military and Veterans is hosting its second annual MV Awards Gala this spring, with Dennis Quaid set as the night’s big honoree.
The Military and Veteran Entertainment Awards is taking place at Los Angeles’ Skirball Cultural Center on May 23, hosted by actor and veteran advocate Maurice P. Kerry; Kerry is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps Iraq War veteran whose credits include Beyond the Gates and Law & Order: Organized Crime.
Quaid will receive the Patriot Ally Award, presented by the National and State Commander of the American Legion, for his support of the veteran community.
