While the other broadcast networks are still going through renewals of their strongest comedies and dramas, CBS already has wrapped all of its scripted renewals and cancellations. The last decision left to make as CBS executives put together the 2026-27 schedule is which of the network’s two pilots, Eternally Yours and The Tillbrooks, will get a spot on it.
It may come down to the wire as CBS is slated to unveil its 2026-27 lineup next Wednesday, April 15. Both the single-camera Eternally Yours, starring Ed Weeks & Allegra Edwards, and multi-camera The Tillbrooks, starring Kate Walsh and Rhys Darby, have been delivered to the network and have been undergoing testing. Those results are not yet in, I hear, and the pilots are also yet to go through an old pilot season tradition, network screenings, expected later this week.
