Gil Harari and Jonathan Silverman have rejoined Paradigm to lead a new Physical Production department, marking a full-circle moment for the pair, amid the agency’s expansion in below-the-line representation.
Both Harari and Silverman previously held key roles at Paradigm, where each helped build and shape the agency’s physical production business during earlier chapters of their careers. They’ll be based in Los Angeles.
“Gil and Jonathan are two of the most respected agents in the physical production space, with a proven track record of building elite client rosters and driving meaningful growth,” said Paradigm Managing Partner Andrew Ruf. “Both played important roles at Paradigm earlier in their careers, so welcoming them back in these leadership positions is especially meaningful.
