
NBC will air live — and Peacock will stream — Overtime’s OT7 spring seven-on-seven touch football league’s championship game this year, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. It will mark the first time the OT7 title game is being televised.
The OT7 championship game, which will take place in California (location TBD), will be presented and promoted alongside the Navy All-American Bowl, the high school football all-star game that has been televised by NBC Sports for more than 20 years. Other “select” OT7 playoff games will be aired on the league’s “championship weekend,” June 13-14 at 2 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock, Overtime says.
