‘Jury Duty’s Anthony Norman Reflects On ‘Company Retreat,’ Moments He Wishes Made The Final Cut, And Red Flags He Should Have Seen

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear Sia’s wigs to help her decide which mood she’s in before she performs at a fictional hot sauce company’s employee talent show, like Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat‘s Anthony Norman.

Back in 2024, the 26-year-old father from Nashville, Tennessee, was hired as a temporary assistant to help run Rockin’ Grandma’s company retreat. Though he agreed to be featured in a documentary about the company, he was unaware that he was actually cast in Season 2 of Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg’s hit series Jury Duty, which meant Rockin’ Grandma’s wasn’t real, all of its employees were actors, and the wacky events that would unfold over the next week were elaborately planned and rehearsed.
