Early in The Pitt Season 2 finale, Mel discovers that her usual July 4 plans have changed. Her sister Becca (Tal Anderson) has decided to spend the night watching Elf with her boyfriend Adam. When Santos realizes that both she and Mel have nothing to do after their awful shift, she suggests that they go out for a drink and a bout of karaoke.
