Over the past year, T-Mobile has been aggressively pushing the rollout of both its T-Mobile Fiber and T-Mobile 5G Home Internet services, and as I’ve watched how the company is going about it, there are some things I wish more internet providers would copy. Unfortunately for me, T-Mobile Fiber is not available in my area right now. There are only two options in my small town, and if I’m being honest — they both kinda stink.
I’m forced to go with what I think is the “lesser” of the two evils, but if either of them copied some of T-Mobile’s most compelling features, I’m sure customers would be extremely happy.
What I wish ISPs would learn from T-Mobile:
Sign Up Lock pricing in for longer terms
It may be old-fashioned of me, but I am not someone who changes services constantly. I like to find something that works
