Accomplishing this recipe is quite easy since the air fryer does a lot of the heavy lifting. But this isn’t a toss-and-go solution that you can throw in wet and hope for the best. You need to make sure the chickpeas are bone dry first. I use a salad spinner for this step, but you could also spread them out on a baking sheet and use a towel to pat them dry.
