Allison Janney & Andrew Rannells Drama ‘Miss You, Love You’ Heads To Cannes Market

EXCLUSIVE: Earlier this week we brought you news that Allison Janney and Andrew Rannells drama Miss You, Love You had been picked up by HBO for the U.S. Today, we can update that the film is headed to the Cannes market with Architect, which is handling international sales.

The Jim Rash-written and directed project had a secret screening at Sundance, which was attended by Julia Roberts, and HBO has made it an Original to debut on May 29th stateside. Architect will be screening it on the Riviera next month.

The film follows a blunt, grieving widow, Diane Patterson (Janney), who is forced to plan her husband’s funeral with a total stranger: her estranged son’s assistant, Jamie Simms (Rannells).
