Melania Trump has sounded off on Jimmy Kimmel, calling on ABC to “take a stand” against the Jimmy Kimmel Live host for what she described as his “hateful and violent rhetoric.”
In a post on X on Monday, the First Lady slammed Kimmel after he delivered “an alternative White House Correspondents’ Dinner” speech on Thursday night’s (April 23) episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, in which he quipped that Melania has “a glow like an expectant widow.” The monologue spoofed the speech typically given by a comedian at the annual event, which this year was hosted by mentalist Oz Pearlman, instead. The episode aired two nights before a shooting took place during the actual White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where both the president and first lady were in attendance.
