Netflix‘s period miniseries Death By Lightning and new comedy Big Mistakes had four mentions apiece to lead the way in nominations for the Gotham Television Awards.
The streamer led all platforms with 22 noms overall Tuesday in voting by committees of critics, journalists, festival programmers and film curators organized by the Gotham Film & Media Institute.
Winners of this year’s third annual Gotham TV Awards will be revealed June 1 in a ceremony at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
HBO Max was second in overall noms among platforms with 19 today, with the two streamers taking all noms spots in the Breakthrough Comedy Series and Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series categories.
