
Adolescence‘s awards hot streak could be heading for a big crescendo after the Netflix series dominated nominations for the BAFTA Television Awards.
The Stephen Graham and Jack Thorne-created series, chronicling the manosphere’s impact on a British teenager, scooped 11 nominations in total across the TV and Craft awards.
Graham will compete for Leading Actor, facing competition from fellow nominees including Colin Firth (Lockerbie: A Search for Truth), Matt Smith (The Death of Bunny Munro), and Taron Egerton (Smoke).
The Netflix drama also has four supporting actor and actress nominations for Ashley Walters, Owen Cooper, Christine Tremarco, and Erin Doherty. Adolescence is also up for Limited Drama.

It would be a big upset if Adolescence did not emerge victorious in the majority of these categories after the show’s performance at the Emmys and Golden Globes.
