Apple is reportedly planning a major camera overhaul for iPhone users with its upcoming iOS 27 update, centering on deeper integration of its Visual Intelligence AI feature and an enhanced Siri experience.
According to a Wednesday report from Bloomberg managing editor Mark Gurman, Apple sources said iPhone users can expect Visual Intelligence to be further integrated into photo and video modes with the new update.

The news comes as Apple gears up for the 2026 Worldwide Developers Conference, its annual conference, scheduled for June, where the company plans to reveal updates to iOS 27.
