EXCLUSIVE: BET has given the greenlight to the new original series OG Stories, a talk show created by Damon Dash, who will serve as the show’s host.
The series will feature Dash, best known as the co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records, in a sit-down format, having conversations with people from his inner circle. Names will be revealed at a later date. OG Stories will premiere on BET in the spring.
The logline from the network is as follows: “Rooted in BET’s pillars of community, culture, and connection, the unfiltered docuseries gives voice to the OGs, the cultural architects, street legends, and self-made bosses who built empires from nothing.
