EXCLUSIVE: Big Little Lies and Revenge actor James Tupper is making his feature directorial debut with the romantic drama Open Up.
The film stars Parker Sack (Unstoppable), who also wrote the screenplay, alongside Jessi Case (Murdaugh: Death in the Family).
The film will follow a couple who turn to a relationship card game in hopes of strengthening their bond, only to uncover difficult truths that challenge their connection. Principal photography has begun in Los Angeles.
Pic is produced by Olivia Frasco, with Andy Fraser serving as executive producer. The film is a production of Praetorian Pictures, Alma Roja Productions, and A Really Good Home Pictures.
