The Bridgerton kids have had their fair share of steamy romance over the years on Netflix‘s hit show, but this season, it was Violet Bridgerton’s turn – much to actress Ruth Gemmell‘s surprise.
The actress revealed in a recent interview that she was “shocked” to learn she would be filming an intimate scene with co-star Daniel Francis, who plays Lord Marcus Anderson, her romantic interest on the show.
Speaking to Ciné-Télé-Revue, Gemmell revealed, “I was a little bit shocked. I was in a costume fitting, and I realized that I was being fitted for something that I had no idea was going to happen.”
The actress confessed she “went home and cried.”
