CAA Relaunches Full Story Initiative With GLAAD & Other Partners For Equitable Storytelling

Five years after CAA first launched its Full Story Initiative, the agency has partnered with leading organizations to redesign the platform that supports equitable onscreen storytelling.

On Wednesday, Creative Artists Agency announced the redesigned digital toolkit with partners GLAAD, New America, MPAC and more, providing writers and creators with research and resources to build socially-conscious stories in film and television that authentically represent marginalized communities, including searchable statistics, case studies, storytelling considerations and direct pathways for collaboration with partner organizations.

The business-forward update, which comes in response to user feedback, also features community buying power data, research about influence of creative collaborations, case studies about how they lead to commercial and audience engagement, and actionable insights that can be directly applied to the creative process.

“The Full Story Initiative was originally built to connect storytellers with credible research and expert partners,” said CAA executive Dennis St. Rose.
