CBS Mornings will feature a town hall on Friday with the astronauts from NASA’s Artemis II mission.
Co-host Gayle King and CBS Evening News anchor Tony Dokoupil will moderate the town hall, titled CBS Mornings Presents: Artemis II A Celebration of Heroes.
Astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen will participate. They will take questions from students of NEST+m and M.S. 255 Salk School of Science, along with 2026 NASA HUNCH competition finalists from Frontier Central High School and Bergen County Technical School. Also featured will be Jack, the five-year-old aspiring astronaut who was interviewed by CBS News during coverage of the Artemis launch, as well as Ron Howard and Bill Nye, The Science Guy.
The town halls have been part of a CBS News series Things That Matter.
