Social media chatter, style stories and other coverage of the fashion, watch and jewelry brands worn by stars at this year’s Academy Awards resulted in the highest numbers ever seen for one event at this or any other awards season: a total of $225.84 million. That’s a marked increase from the 2025 Oscars, which earned $173.07 million in Media Impact Value (MIV) across the top-five categories: fashion brands, top-five women and top-five men, jewelry and watches, and accessories.
