Christopher Walken Watches ‘Severence’ On DVD Since He Says He Doesn’t ‘Have The Equipment’ To Stream It

Christopher Walken has disclosed that he receives DVDs of Severance because he lacks the necessary equipment to stream the show.

The sci-fi thriller premiered its second season on Friday (January 17) with the episode “Hello, Ms. Cobel,” directed by Ben Stiller. Picking up five months after the first season, the series is set in a mysterious company where a unique consciousness-dividing procedure separates employees’ work and personal lives.

Walken, who stars in the Apple TV+ hit, admitted in an interview on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show that he watches the series on DVD instead of using the streaming service. “I can’t. I don’t have the equipment, so they’re good enough to send me DVDs,” he shared, adding that he hasn’t seen all the episodes.

When Cohen asked if he had an Apple TV+ subscription, Walken responded, “I don’t have anything.”
