EXCLUSIVE: Comedian Morgan Jay‘s sophomore special, Morgan Jay: Live at The Village, is set to stream on Hulu this Friday, April 11, the same day that Jay has two sold-out headline performances at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. The special comes to Hulu in a licensing deal, we’re told, following its original premiere on YouTube in 2023.
Filmed at L.A.’s Village Studios, Jay’s new hour sees him offer his perspective on love, sex, and relationships through crowd work and original music. It comes on the heels of I Hope My Ex Doesn’t See This, which the comic self-released on YouTube in 2020.
The special is directed by Jocelyn Cooper, who also produced alongside Lili Kaytmaz, Sara Mengesha, and Matt Sadeghian. Jay was its writer and executive producer, as well as its performer.
