Desmond Harrington Promoted To Series Regular On ‘Dexter: Resurrection’ For Season 2 As Production Begins

Production on Showtime‘s Dexter: Resurrection‘s second season is officially underway in New York City, and when the show returns, fans will be in for a treat.

Desmond Harrington, who played Joey Quinn on the OG series and for two episodes of Resurrection Season 1, has been promoted to series regular for Season 2. This could be dangerous, considering how it worked out for Angel Batista (David Zayas) and his return to the franchise, but hopefully, he will survive the season. It’s important to note that Quinn was suspicious of Dexter’s (Michael C. Hall) extracurriculars for a large part of the original Dexter series. With Batista’s death, this could put Quinn in a position to want to follow the trail and investigate his friend’s death.
