EXCLUSIVE: Disney and Nat Geo will honor Earth Month with a global, enterprise-wide initiative encompassing themed programming, immersive activations and more. Led by National Geographic, “Step Into Wonder” will feature content and experiences “designed to inspire a deeper connection to the natural world.”
Highlights include the global premieres of Nat Geo’s Secrets of the Bees, streaming now, and Disneynature’s Orangutan, which debuts on Earth Day, April 22.
Disney also will feature themed programming across its U.S. networks, including National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD, ABC News, ABC Owned Television Stations, Disney Channel, and Disney Jr.
The ABC News Weather, Climate & Science Unit will air dedicated programming across Good Morning America, World News Tonight with David Muir, 24/7 streaming news channel ABC News Live, and digital platforms throughout Earth Month.
