The CBS series DMV follows the surprisingly dramatic lives of a set of employees who work at a branch of the dreaded Department of Motor Vehicles. This workplace comedy hilariously satirizes everyday DMV dealings and interactions, like driving tests and ID renewals, from the perspective of the often-disrespected minimum-wage-earning employees. Tonight’s episode, “Gilbert,” is the first to premiere since the unfortunate news of the show’s cancelation broke late last week. Though we’re saddened that we won’t get to see the endearing characters of DMV on our screens for much longer, we’re still looking forward to watching the rest of the episodes.
