Prime Video is spotlighting the next talented crop of England soccer stars via a feature doc launching next Saturday. England Lions: The New Generation followed the likes of fan favorite Cole Palmer, Kobbie Mainoo, Marc Guehi and Ollie Watkins as they embarked on last summer’s European Championships, which England lost in the final – its second consecutive Euro finals loss. The doc combines match footage along with behind the scenes interviews with the soccer players and their families. Produced by Banijay’s Workerbee, The New Generation is Amazon‘s latest soccer doc.
