Fox Names Pete Distad CEO Of New Streaming Platform, Exec Segues From Chief Of Shuttered Venu Sports

Fox has tapped Peter Distad as CEO of its recently announced direct-to-consumer streaming platform. Distad, who served as an executive at Apple for a decade following six years at Hulu, transitions to Fox from his most recent role as CEO of recently defunct joint venture Venu Sports.

He will report to Tubi CEO Paul Cheesbrough and assume oversight of all aspects of the upcoming platform.
