‘Girls5Eva’ Canceled After Season 3 Switch to Netflix

There will be no season four for Girls5Eva: Netflix has canceled the comedy after its first season on the platform and third overall.

The cancellation marks the end for Girls5Eva after it got a second life on Netflix. The show, about a girl group that reunites 20-plus years after its only hit, ran for two seasons on Peacock before switching platforms for season three. The first two seasons stream on both platforms, while the now-final season is exclusive to Netflix.

Created by Meredith Scardino and executive produced by Tina Fey, the series stars Sara Bareilles, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Busy Philipps and Paula Pell as the members of the titular group.
