Dan Fogelman’s hit post-apocalyptic thriller Paradise returned to Hulu for Season 2 in February, answering Season 1’s burning questions and introducing us to a new group of characters from outside of the bunker.
In Season 1, we watched Secret Service Agent Xavier Collins (Sterling K. Brown) attempt to solve the murder of President Cal Bradford (James Marsden) while trying to prove his innocence in the crime. The season finale ended with the reveal of Bradford’s murderer and Collins leaving the bunker to find his wife Teri and others who may have survived the apocalyptic disaster. Brown, Marsden, and Julianne Nicholson, who plays Samantha “Sinatra” Redmond, all earned Emmy nominations for their performances, and the series was nominated for Outstanding Drama.
Season 2 begins back in time on the day of the disaster, introducing us to Annie Clay (Shailene Woodley), a tour guide at Graceland in Memphis.
