The second and final day of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament Sweet 16 gets underway early in the afternoon on Saturday, March 28. The No. 2 Michigan Wolverines will take on the No. 3 Louisville Cardinals at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The Maize and Blue have been dominant thus far in the tournament, beating No. 15 Holy Cross, 83-48, in the opening round and No. 7 NC State in the Round of 32, 92-63. The Cardinals took care of No. 14 Vermont, 72-52, in their First Round game, but just barely edged out No. 6 Alabama, 69-68 in the Round of 32. Now, Louisville and Michigan will square off for a spot in the Elite 8. They will tip the day off at 12:30 p.m. ET in a game airing on ABC.
