The first of four games in the Buffalo region of the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on Thursday, March 19 will feature the sixth-seeded Louisville Cardinals and the No. 11 South Florida Bulls. Louisville enters the tournament at 23-10 on the season, coming out of the ACC, while USF was the American Conference champions at 25-8. The game is scheduled to tip at 1:30 p.m. ET and will air on TNT.
