As the trailer for the Crave comedy-drama series begins, streamer Jasmeet (Jasmeet Raina) is in an introspective mood. Even though he’s winning awards – and even named ‘Influencer of the Year,’ we hear him say, “I don’t know what I’m doing. I did everything I could, whatever I knew I’d used and it still fell apart.”
Jasmeet’s ongoing internal battle between his traditional Canadian-Sikh family values and his life as a nationally-famous YouTuber continue to collide, in one scene ditching an event celebrating his online success and in another heading out on stage to roaring studio fans.
